What was he talking about?

I was on last night and saw a question from a guy named pakstn or something like that, so I am uming he was Pakistanian. He asked something about 12/9 and if we would wake up or something like that. Does anyone know what he was talking about? I read a couple of the answers and one of them said he got the date wrong it was supposed to be 9/12 and another said something about GW. Is there a terrorist threat? I watched the news and saw nothing, so it can't be too big of a deal, I was just wondering out of curiousity.
