My dog just ate my Depakote, please help!!?

I have a English Mastiff dog, 9 months old probably weights 150 pounds and he just got into a bottle of my Depakote, counting I'm estimating he ate 5000 MG. If you know anything I should do or be worried about please help. Will he be ok?
