I am getting chapter out by the army chapter 5 -17?

ok i am getting chapter out but i am a Nacional Guard and they toll me that i till need to get discharge from them to. i been sufering alot and i never star training only ben on reception in Fort knox but i am scare that they may send me back to training so what i can do to get out fast in a good way that it wont get problems that will make hard to find job in civil life etc.. i dont want a back recort or back back ground i just want out it is not for me thx..
