If i had HIV would it show?

The last time i had was in 08 and im starting to feel weird pains and stomach pains. If i had HIV would any of the symptoms show by now? I was young and never thought about important stuff such as STDS and im trying to pinpoint on if i have HIV or another STD. I get back pains and thats an STD symptom but i also had a spinal tap. but it seems that every time i get bad back pains i get pains down there. Has anyone ever had these symptoms? Thank you so much
