Why do so many Christians defend fat rich cat pastors who have Maybachs and lots of bling and millions?

Of dollars that they made off the church congregation. The congregation that's generally poor BTW, and can barely afford to pay their church tithes every Sunday. Most folks are living paycheck to paycheck. I often hear these *"Christians"* defending those TV pastors etc to the hilt. They'll say ignorant outrageous stuff like, "well he's the pastor and he deserves to live in luxury" God called on him to lead and he teaches the word. There's nothing wrong with it". Can anyone explain this nonsense? Many will get very mad at you just for asking about the rich pastors. Just imagine that you're poor, but your Maybach or Cadillac rolling pastor is stepping into church on Sunday in an Armani suit, and you don't even know where your next piece of bread is coming from, or where you will lay your head down tonight.
