C6H5O− react with 2-bromo-3-methylbutane in dichloromethane. Is this a Sn2, Sn1, E1, E2 reaction?

Its an E1, because it makes a double bond, I think its E1, we did E1 like 2 weeks ago you dont use it again in the rest of Ochem.
