Am I kinda chubby? before and after pics :)?

Hey I think you look great! No need to worry about how much weight you've put on. I reckon maybe 10 kgs? but in a good way. I suggest stop worrying about weight and just enjoy eating enough so you get enough fuel to exercise. And find a sport/exercise you enjoy doing and just roll with that. Weight is immaterial, enjoying life to the fullest is the most important thing you can do.
