Should we be careful of judging ?

A great example of this is when people automatically umes somebodies intention when people say this this guy is walking down the street he must be up to no good and people add things to people like this guy is alone he must be gay or this person is out side he must be homeless I think there is alot of confusion about what judging there is a big difference between judging somebodies error if it is discovered and judging somebodies intention where you dont even know the persons soul
