Master cleanse question?

I tried to drink the sea salt water and just couldn't do it.I could not swallow even a sip,it was so gross.On the 4th day of this diet I had absolutely no energy,I mean none!! I couldn't get off the couch,I couldn't move and I finally had to eat something.I hope you have better luck.
