Brine Swizzle Scandium or Brine Swizzbeat?

I'm asking for a new lacrosse shaft for christmas, and i'm not quite sure which one is better? Which one would you prefer and why? Also which head should i ask for? I'm thinking about the proton power but i don't know yet. Any help, thanks.
