Is Joseph Kony ever going to stop abducting and killing child soldiers?

I'm learning about human rights and my topic is the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). Joseph Kony (I think) is the leader of this ethnic group. Because of the fact that I have watched the movie "Invisible Children", I think there should be an end to Kony abducting these children and turning them into soldiers. I also think that the rebels, and of course Kony, should stop killing these children, too.
