Is baby shrimp the same as brine shrimp?

I was out shopping for my fish but I was in a hurry so I found the bloodworms but wanted to try the brine shrimp so I grabbed the bottle with a B and shrimp on it, not knowing what it was. I have a male betta and wanted to treat him because he's been through so much. Could I feed him that? Will he eat it/ like it? Should I return it?
