***Girls Only*** Is this normal? HELP! I'm freaking out!!!?

I'm 13 and haven't started my period yet. I have had discharge for about 6-12 months now. It started out as small amounts that occurred twice a week but it has escalated to fair amounts about 5-15 times a day and lately it seems almost as my underwear is always wet with it. It is clear and gooey when it comes out and will dry either white or light yellow. I know all that previous stuff is normal but earlier today, I went to the washroom to whip away the large amount of discharge that was making me feel gross when I looked at the tissue and I saw little black/brown spots, I'm not sure if they were flakes or spots but anyways...is this normal? I'm kinda frekin' out!!!
