NUK training cups. Have you used them? Likes? Complaints?

I bought 6 different kinds of bottles before I found the NUK brand that my sons loves. So Im looking into a few training cups but since he already likes NUK Im going to try it first. How does your child like it? Is the spout hard plastic or the rubbery stuff? Also how do they do in the dishwasher?
