I need help finding a good pair of sweatpants for cheap price!?

For Christmas I wanted to give my friends and sisters sweatpants with some paint on them. I need help finding a good pair... that fits women...but pretty baggy like a guys pair. I don't want the bottoms to have elastic on them. I was looking for like a pair that dancers wear when practicing.Some thing that you could go to school in or sleep in. Also, they need to be cheap... under $10. Does anyone have suggestions of brands or a specific type they have that I could order or something? Please help!
