How do a retarget users on Mafia wars from myspace.?

There is a jerk on Mafia wars who has set their sights on me and has me on some sort of repeat for hitting my properties. Is there a way to get his ID and use it over and over as he does with me? I've heard of "bots" can I download one and what are they? Most of all I want this guy off my back but he is 180 levels above me. Help
