Help with week 10 lineup....?

I might play him over Dez Bryant but I understand the hesitation cuz he could lay a complete egg. Still, it's Randy Moss in a debut against a team that WR"s have been putting up points against, I think you gotta play him. ESPN has him ranked 9 spots higher this week too, I think people are figuring the Giants will do more to stop Dez this time since he was the only one who did anything against them before.
