Everytime I change my pword in yahoo mail, another location is also reflected in the recent login activity.?

I have just known of this recent login activity actually. Is this normal? I'm in Singapore and the other location reflected is CA, US. I don't know if this was caused by a spam message which I mistakenly clicked. Because of the doubt, I changed my pword, security questions and changed the alternate email. I have changed 3 times already, and same thing happens. Please help.
